Our Mission: Making Selling Simple

Our Story

Nick Saban once said, “People think you just practice something until you get it right. You really got to practice until you can’t get it wrong.”

Our founder, Bryan Neale, has a cool side hustle. He’s a referee in the NFL. Season after season, he sees firsthand how the best players hone their skills through relentless practice and repetition until they execute plays flawlessly. The same is true of the best salespeople. But so often sales teams lack the “plays” or repeatable processes required to operate as effectively as they could.

Our approach to sales training has always been tool-based. We create and document the process that fixes a sales problem. Then we turn it into a user-friendly tool that can be applied again and again.

But it wasn’t until we started running the business on EOS® (Entrepreneurial Operating System) in 2021 that Bryan had his aha moment. Blind Zebra wasn’t really a sales training and coaching organization. What we actually offered was a set of tools that, when implemented in a system, make a sales team run like a well-oiled machine.

That’s when the team went to work to build the Blind Zebra Sales Operating System. Today, we’re supporting BZSOS Certified sales and sales enablement leaders from organizations in search of a systematic way to approach the market for extreme scale.

And we continue to leverage the power of EOS® to expand and enhance BZSOS. Our commitment to the 3 Uniques drives our competitive edge and fuels our growth.
