Sales Associate

Reports To: Stephanie Neale, CEO
Position Type: Full-Time and On-Site

The Role

Sales Associate is a new role at Blind Zebra® – established for two reasons:

  1. Maximize the capacity of BZ CEO & Founder to sell. Resulting in more closed deals.
  2. Provide hands-on training of the BZ Sales Process and BZSOS™ with the goal of being promoted to Sales Executive within 9-12 months.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Sales Assistant / Apprentice: attends sales calls with BZ CEO & Founder to take notes, add perspective and learn the BZ Sales Process firsthand.
  • Sales Process Manager: owns the sales process for all open sales Opportunities. Follow up, proposal & agreement writing and management, calendaring and prioritization. BZ CEO & Founder will run lead on sales calls and strategy.
  • Opportunity & Lead Generation: works with Marketing and sales leadership to develop & execute outbound sales and marketing campaigns focused on new leads and Opportunities.
  • Business Development & Connecting: is in the market regularly attending events and cultivating “Connector” relationships to offer and receive introductions. Opens doors for new Opportunities.
  • Effective & Efficiently Uses BZSOS™ and Tech Tools: sells utilizing the BZ Sales Operating System 100% of the time. Learns and utilizes BZ tech tools like: Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Covideo, Crystal and more.
