Blind Zebra, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates www.blind-zebra.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit the Site, how we use and disclose it, and the choices available to you.
Please read Section 3 carefully. It describes technology we use that identifies individual visitors to the Site.

This Policy applies to information collected through the Site. It does not apply to information collected offline, through other channels, or by third parties whose services are linked from the Site.
The Site is intended for users located in the United States. See Section 12 if you are located outside the United States.

3. Visitor Identification Technology
We use a third-party service that identifies individual visitors to the Site, including visitors who have not submitted any information to us.

This identification applies to visitors our vendor determines to be located in the United States. For visitors it determines to be located elsewhere, only company-level information is collected.
Your choices. You may opt out of this identification at the email address above. You may also exercise the opt-out rights described in Section 8. You may additionally block or delete cookies through your browser settings, which will prevent or limit this identification.
4. Information Collected Automatically
When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect:

- Analytics — Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
- Visitor identification — used by the service described in Section 3 to identify individual visitors. These are set as first-party cookies under our own domain.

7. How We Disclose Information

- Service providers and vendors that perform functions on our behalf, including website hosting, analytics, visitor identification, email delivery, and customer relationship management;
- Data partners in connection with the visitor identification described in Section 3;

We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own independent marketing purposes except as described in Section 3.
"Sale" and "Sharing"

The visitor identification described in Section 3 may constitute a "sale" or "sharing" under these definitions. You may exercise your right to opt out as described in Section 8.
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
8. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to:
- Know and access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources of that information, the purposes for collecting it, and the categories of third parties to which we disclose it;
- Delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to exceptions;
- Correct inaccurate personal information;

To opt out of sale and sharing specifically, use the vendor opt-out email in Section 3.
We will verify your identity before fulfilling a request to know, delete, or correct, which may require you to provide information that allows us to match you to our records. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law, generally 45 days, with the possibility of extension.
Authorized agents. You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf. We may require the agent to provide proof of authorization and may require you to verify your own identity directly.
Appeals. If we decline your request, you may appeal that decision by contacting info@blind-zebra.com with the subject line "Privacy Appeal." We will respond to appeals within the period required by applicable law.
9. Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law. Information obtained through visitor identification is retained for 36 Months unless you opt out or request deletion.
10. Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Visitors Outside the United States
The Site is operated in the United States and directed to users in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
12. Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at info@blind-zebra.com and we will delete it.
13. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and this Policy does not apply to them.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS ($50)].

12. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You and we agree that any action or proceeding will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Marion County, Indiana, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
13. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and supersede any prior agreements or understandings on that subject.
